Vendor questions
What are the payment terms for completed work?
Net 30 from receipt of a complete invoice. Emergency and priority work may qualify for faster payment. Every invoice needs photographs of the completed work — an invoice without them is returned rather than paid.
How is work assigned?
By trade, availability, distance from the property and how previous jobs went. Registered vendors are notified when a work order is assigned to them.
What insurance do I need?
General liability of at least $1,000,000, workers' compensation with no exemptions, and auto liability. The certificate must name both the association and Stalwart Management as additional insured. The requirements page walks through each box on the certificate.
How does emergency dispatch work?
Vendors on our emergency roster may be called after hours for water leaks, fire damage and elevator failures. Response times and rates are set out in your vendor agreement.
