Disclosures

Good-faith responses. Estoppel certificates are prepared in good faith and to the best of the association's knowledge and records as of the date of issuance, consistent with §720.30851, Florida Statutes.
Additional questions & fees. Estoppel fees are charged in accordance with the statutory limits set by §720.30851, Fla. Stat. Follow-up or out-of-scope requests beyond the estoppel certificate are addressed only if Stalwart Management is able and willing to do so, and are subject to additional service fees quoted in advance.
Processing & fees. Standard processing is 3–5 business days from receipt of payment and all required documentation. Expedited preparation returns the certificate within 3 business days for an additional $100.00 and is subject to availability. If the account is delinquent, an additional $150.00 applies; we confirm the amount and invoice it separately before the certificate is released.
